One nutrient doesn’t fit it all. We are all different and some of us require more or less of the specific nutrients. My job is to identify which nutrients are of concern and help to create a plan to correct them. I use the systems approach meaning I look at the body as a whole and try to find the root cause of the problem rather than alleviating the symptoms. I am a true believer that food has healing properties; we just need to determine which foods are right for you.
