Meal Planning

Low FODMAP diet is a great strategy in reducing or eliminating digestive symptoms that people with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) experience. However, it becomes challenging and stressful for some people to create low FODMAP meals since many foods are not allowed or can be eaten in small quantities. My clients report that they eat the same foods over and over, which eventually becomes boring and monotonous because their meals lack variety and balance. This kind of behavior usually leads to binging on high FODMAP foods leading to adverse digestive reactions. Having a plan can help to alleviate or get rid of painful GI symptoms faster and proceed to a second phase of a low FODMAP diet.

If you are stuck and don’t know what to eat on a low FODMAP diet elimination phase, these meal plans can be a great help.

  • 2 weeks Low FODMAP meal plan – $30
  • 4 weeks Low FODMAP meal plan – $35
  • 6 weeks Low FODMAP meal plan – $40

* These meal plans are intended to provide low FODMAP meal ideas and don’t include personalized distribution of macro- and micronutrients.
