Nutrition Therapy Services:

I provide medical nutrition therapy (MNT) counseling sessions which are designed to meet your individual needs. I use evidence-based research in treating and reducing digestive problem complications, possibility of eliminating the need for medications and improving the overall health and quality of life. During the initial 60 minute session I will assess your nutritional status by looking at your past medical history, medications, and lab results (if available). We will discuss your lifestyle, food choices and obstacles that prevent you from achieving the goals. Together we will make the plan that will guide you through the journey of getting desirable results and improving your health. During a follow-up appointment we will assess the progress and the results, the obstacles that you came across and make new goals. Here are the examples of services that I provide:

Telehealth & Phone Sessions

Appointments are available virtually via Practice Better free platform or by phone for US residents only. 

Initial visit is 1 hour and follow up visits are 30 minutes. I recommend space out your visits 3-4 weeks apart for better results.

Meal Planning

We all need food to survive, so eating is an inevitable part of daily activities that humans have to perform to sustain life. However, we get too busy with work, school or kids that forget how important the food is. Meal planning is an efficient tool that can help to save time and money, improve your nutrition and health and reduce stress. Meal Planning is available for various disease states, prevention and management. Together we will determine your nutrient needs and calorie requirements to create an individualized meal plan that you will enjoy. I would need a 2 weeks food diary to get an idea of your food preferences. No judgement, I just want to learn more about you and understand your food habits. Including pictures of your meals with food diary will give a better understanding. I will analyze it and suggest modifications and substitutions. If you don’t have a food diary I will provide you with the meal plan based on your nutritional needs.
